Hi, I’m Ria. I study journalism and love telling stories, following women’s sports, and creating spaces where girls feel supported, confident, and seen.

I started Girlhood Guide because I wanted to make the kind of platform I wish I had when I was younger. It brings together sports, lifestyle, and real talks about confidence, identity, and growing up as a girl.

I’ve always loved sports and know how empowering they can be. But I’ve also noticed that these spaces can sometimes feel intimidating or exclusive for young women. With this platform, I want to make sports more open, relatable, and welcoming.

Girlhood Guide isn’t just a magazine or media site. It’s a growing community focused on empowerment, sharing stories, and building connections through sports content, big sister advice, events, and honest conversations.

As I continue my journalism journey, I also hope to become a public speaker and event host. I want to use media and live events to help more girls feel confident taking up space in sports and beyond.
